CFN: The Grand Tasting – Preliminarily

Event details

• Saturday or Sunday from 1pm – 3:30pm
• 4 teams of local Chefs
• Team leaders will apply to compete via www.culinaryfightnight.com
• Chefs will supply tasting samples of 1-3 signature appetizer for ticketed guests
• Guests will causally mingle, sample all appetizers then vote for their favorite chef/restaurant
• The 2 chefs/restaurants with the most votes will advance to the CFN finale

EVENT TWO

CFN: The Championship Battle – Finale
Location: TBD
Number of guests: 100

Event details

• Monday or Tuesday from 5pm – 8pm (rooftop cocktail reception from 5-6p, competition from 6-8p)
• 2 teams of Chefs (both finalists from Grand Tasting)
• Each team will create a 3-course menu (appetizer, entree and dessert)
• Via the CFN website, guests and fans will vote for 3 secret ingredients that competitors
  incorporate into their menus
• Guests will enjoy 6-course meal while each team leader prepares menus live on stage
  (inside of boxing ring) for 3 celebrity judges sitting ringside
• Audience and Judges will eat, critique and score all 3 courses
• Chef/team with the highest score will win custom belt/trophy and cash prize

• General Admission to both events – $100
• General Admission to Preliminary & VIP for finale – $125
