Walt Henderson, a new resident of Los Angeles, has roughly 20 years of restaurant, hospitality and philanthropic experience under his belt. Originally from Atlanta, GA, Walt embodies the true meaning of “Southern Hospitality” and incorporates its principals into everything that he does. For the last 15 years, Walt has spent time designing, implementing and growing training programs within major restaurant groups in Atlanta, West Palm Beach, Chicago and New York City.

In 2010, Walt created Culinary Fight Night® in order to shine the spotlight on up and coming chefs across the country. During the last 10 years, CFN® has held competitions in multiple markets while developing, encouraging, mentoring and coaching as many as 80 talented chefs nationwide.
